Tours
You are welcome to visit our facility in advance of your pet's stay. Tours are available during our office hours (except Sundays).
Reservations
We strongly recommend that you make reservations for your pet's stay well in advance of your departure date, particularly for holiday periods and during the summer months.
However, if you should take a spur of the moment trip, please call us since we occasionally receive last minute cancellations.
Cancellations
Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your arrival date if you must cancel a reservation. Since we generally have a waiting list, with sufficient notice we can often find a replacement for your pet's room so that you are not held responsible for the charges.
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Reservations
Reservations for these holiday periods are on a pre-pay, non-refundable basis. Because of the high demand for reservations during these holiday periods, clients will be charged for all days reserved, including days remaining after early pickups.
Check In Times
You may check in your pet at any time during our daily office hours. Regardless of when your pet arrives, the first day counts as a full boarding day.
Check Out Times
On check out day, you will incur no per diem charges if you pick up your pet before 11:00 am. If you pick up your pet after 11:00 am, you will be charged for that day. Note: Sunday pickup always counts as a full day.
Your Contact Information
Please provide us with a telephone number where we can reach you in case of an emergency. If you will be unavailable, please provide us with the name of a friend or relative who can make decisions in your absence.
